《法兰西内战》中的“社会公仆”思想及其当代价值

摘　　要：马克思的“社会公仆”思想是建立在一切权力属于人民这一基础之上的,认为公仆源自人民,公仆应站在人民立场上服务人民。人民主体和群众利益至上是马克思整个“社会公仆”思想的核心内容,社会公仆应由人民选举产生并接受人民监督,这样才能保证社会公仆的公正廉洁性。中国共产党始终把马克思的“社会公仆”思想作为行动的指南,始终践行着“全心全意为人民服务”“领导就是服务”“代表中国最广大人民的根本利益”“立党为公,执政为民”“当好人民公仆”等思想,特别是进入新时代,习近平总书记提出的“人民就是江山,江山就是人民”“人民至上”等思想,极大地提升了人民的主体地位,是马克思主义中国化的辉煌成就。On summarizing the historical experience of the Paris Commune,Marx argued that the proletarian state power belongs to the people,and those who exercise state power are transformed from"social masters"to"social servants".Marx's thought of"social public servant"is based on the idea that all power belongs to the people.He thinks that public servants come from the people and should stand on the people's position and serve the people.The principle status of the people and the supremacy of the masses'interests are the core content of Marx's whole thought of social public servants.Social public servants should be elected and scrutinized by the people,so as to ensure the fairness and honesty of social public servants.The Chinese Communist Party has always been guided by the thought of"social public servant",practicing"Serving the people wholeheartedly","To lead is to serve","Representing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people",and"Building the party for the public good,exercising power for the people".The thoughts of"jiang shan is the people"and"the people are supreme"have greatly enhanced the principle status of the people and are brilliant achievements of the Sinicization of Marxism.
