摘 要:培养全球胜任力是当前全球教育变革的主题,也是国际理解教育的现实诉求。哈佛大学教授费尔南多?M?赖默斯所主导的“全球教育创新倡议”秉持全球化立场,面向联合国提出的17项可持续发展目标,聚焦如何培养全球胜任力,开发出相对完整的课程体系。该课程设置重视操作性与可推广性,课程实施兼顾“学科融入”与“课程单列”,广泛采用项目式学习、小组合作、社会实践和有组织讨论等教与学方法,突出“做中学”,并提出课程实施的“13步骤”的校本改革主张,集中代表了欧美学界关于全球胜任力探索的前沿。作为围绕可持续发展目标系统研发的课程体系,“全球教育创新倡议”的全球胜任力课程在国际上独树一帜,其后续影响值得进一步关注。Global competences training is the theme of the current global education reform,and it is also the goal of international understanding of education.According to Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the United Nations,taking a global standpoint,and focusing on how to cultivate global competence,"Global Educational Innovation Initiative" (GEII) Led by Fernando Reimers in Harvard,has developed a relatively complete curriculum system.The curriculum settings attach importance to operability and extendibility,the implementation of courses takes into account both "discipline integration" and "separate setting curriculum",extensively uses teaching methods such as project-based learning,group cooperation,social practice,and organized discussion,highlights "learning by doing",and puts forward the school-based reform proposition of "13 steps",which intensively represents the frontier of global competences exploration in European and American academic circles.As the world’s first curriculum system developed around the Sustainable Development Goals,GEII’s global education curriculum is internationally unique.
