摘 要:目的了解承德市高校女教师的生殖健康知识知晓情况并对其进行健康教育,评价干预效果,以期为促进女性生殖健康提供科学依据。方法选取承德市4所高校的女教师进行生殖健康知识的认知调查和针对性宣教,对比教育前后的生殖健康知识知晓情况。结果干预前,医学院校女教师对于各项生殖健康知识的认知正确率(70.5%~87.9%)及常见生殖疾病的自查知识掌握率(48.4%~64.7%)均高于非医学院校(50.3%~67.6%、30.9%~38.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,所有调查对象对生殖健康知识的掌握情况及常见疾病的自查能力均提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且不同教育背景的女教师间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。93.8%的教师认为有必要在高校开展生殖健康教育科普讲座。结论承德市高校女教师对于生殖健康知识的知晓率偏低,对生殖健康教育的需求较高,生殖健康教育可提高其生殖健康自我保健意识与能力。Objective To understand the awareness of reproductive health knowledge of female teachers in colleges and universities in Chengde and carry out health education for them,and to evaluate the intervention effects,so as to provide scientific basis for promoting productive health.Methods Female teachers from four colleges and universities in Chengde were selected for cognitive survey and targeted publicity and education about reproductive health knowledge,and the awareness of reproductive health knowledge before and after intervention was compared.Results Before intervention,the cognitive accuracy of various reproductive health knowledge(70.5%-87.9%)and the mastery rate of self-examination knowledge of common reproductive diseases(48.4%-64.7%)of female teachers in medical colleges were all higher than those in non-medical colleges(50.3%-67.6%,30.9%-38.4%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the mastery of reproductive health knowledge and self-examination ability of common diseases of all respondents were improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there were no statistically significant differences among female teachers with different educational backgrounds(P>0.05).93.8%of the teachers thought that it was necessary to carry out popular science lectures on reproductive health education in colleges and universities.Conclusions Female teachers in colleges and universities in Chengde City have a low awareness of reproductive health knowledge and a high demand for reproductive health education.Reproductive health education can improve their awareness and ability of reproductive health self-care.
