基于浊毒理论以凉血解毒通脉法辨治葡萄膜炎经验

摘　　要：葡萄膜炎为临床常见病、多发病,临床表现以视力下降为主,易反复发作,目前治疗以糖皮质激素为主,但是长期糖皮质激素治疗的副作用不容忽视。中西医结合治疗葡萄膜炎具有一定的优势,尤其是在国医大师李佃贵浊毒理论的指导下,采用凉血解毒通脉法治疗取得了良好的效果,可改善患者体质,降低复发率。Uveitis,a common and frequently occurring clinical disease,is mainly and clinically manifested as the vision loss,is vulnerable to recurrent attack and impairment on the vision.Currently,the glucocorticoid serve as the primary therapeutic regimen,while the side effects of long-term glucocorticoid treatment aren't ignorable.The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is certainly advantageous in treating this disease,especially,satisfactory results are achieved under cooling blood detoxification and dredgement of blood method to treat this disease under the guidance of LI Diangui's master turbidity poison theory,the physique of patients can be achieved,the recurrence rate is reduced.
