摘　　要：蛋白质水解物是一类具有重要生理活性的生物刺激剂。它们是植物或动物蛋白质经过化学水解或酶降解获得的天然产物。蛋白质水解物主要含有氨基酸和肽类活性物质。简述了蛋白质水解物类生物刺激剂的来源、其主要活性成分氨基酸和肽对于作物的重要生理功效,以及此类生物刺激剂的商业化现状和实际应用效果。Protein hydrolysates are a class of biostimulants with important physiological effects on plants.They are the natural products generated from plant or animal proteins through chemical or enzymatic hydrolysis.Protein hydrolysates mainly contain active substances of amino acids and peptides.The sources of protein hydrolysate biostimulants,the important physiological effects of amino acids and peptides on crops,and the commercial status and practical uses of protein hydrolysate biostimulants are briefly reviewed.
