摘　　要：中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)是中性粒细胞释放的由DNA、组蛋白、抗菌肽等组成的网状结构。NETs不仅是中性粒细胞的一种免疫机制,还在肿瘤的发展、转移过程中起着促进作用。NETs参与肿瘤相关的全身性损伤,通过扣押肿瘤细胞,增强肿瘤细胞线粒体功能,唤醒休眠的肿瘤细胞等方式促进肿瘤生长与转移;肿瘤细胞可诱导NETs形成,较高的NETs与肿瘤不良的预后相关。Neutrophil extracellular entrapment nets(NETs)are a network structure composed of DNA,histone and antimicrobial peptides released by neutrophils.NETs are not only an immune mechanism of neutrophils,but also play a promoting role in the development and metastasis of tumors.NETs participate in tumor related systemic injury,promote tumor growth and metastasis by detaining tumor cells,enhancing the mitochondrial function of tumor cells,and waking up dormant tumor cells;Tumor cells can induce the formation of nets,and higher Nets are associated with poor prognosis of tumor.
