摘　　要：结合四川文理学院省级基础外语实验教学示范中心建设与管理实践,从中心组织架构进行了剖析,探索了实验中心的管理模式和运行机制,通过对中心管理模式、实验教学及效果、面临的困境及改进方案、发展规划等方面进行分析研究以期向其他高校实验教学示范中心进行推广应用,真正发挥示范、辐射作用。Taking the provincial basic foreign language experimental teaching demonstration center of Sichuan University of Arts and Science as an example and combined with the construction and management practice of the provincial basic foreign language experimental teaching demonstration center of Sichuan University of Arts and Science, this paper analyzes the organizational structure of the center, explores the management mode and operation mechanism of the experimental center and discusses the management mode, experimental teaching and effect, difficulties and improvement scheme of the center development planning and other aspects of analysis and research in order to promote the application to other experimental teaching demonstration centers in colleges and universities, which helps truly play the role of demonstration and radiation.
