华蟾素片治疗晚期消化道肿瘤患者的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析华蟾素片治疗晚期消化道肿瘤患者的近期疗效。方法60例晚期消化道肿瘤患者,按照奇偶法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者接受常规化疗治疗,观察组在常规化疗基础上增加华蟾素片治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后卡氏评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组卡氏评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组卡氏评分均高于治疗前,且观察组卡氏评分为(78.35±6.88)分高于对照组的(70.41±6.39)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论华蟾素片治疗晚期消化道肿瘤患者能够提升治疗效果及安全性,改善患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the short-term efficacy of Huachansu tablets in the treatment of patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd-even method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and patients in the observation group was additionally treated with Cinobufacin tablets on the basis of conventional chemotherapy.The therapeutic effects,occurrence of adverse reactions,and Karnofsky scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Karnofsky score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Karnofsky scores of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the Karnofsky score(78.35±6.88)points of the observation group was higher than(70.41±6.39)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huachansu tablets in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer can enhance the therapeutic effect and safety of the treatment,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
