摘　　要：前列腺癌是男性好发的恶性肿瘤之一。环氧合酶-2(COX-2)是前列腺癌发生发展中的一种重要的炎性介质,COX-2的过表达可促进肿瘤细胞增殖,抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡,改变肿瘤的免疫微环境,促进细胞的迁移与黏附。调控COX-2成为抗前列癌的一种潜在途径。塞来昔布作为一种COX-2抑制剂,通过抑制多种信号转导通路抗增殖、抗肿瘤。本文对近年来塞来昔布抗前列腺癌的分子机制及临床应用的研究进展进行综述,旨在为前列腺癌的临床治疗提供帮助。Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in men.Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)is an important inflammatory mediator in the occurrence and development of prostate cancer.Overexpression of COX-2 can promote tumor cell proliferation,inhibit tumor cell apoptosis,change tumor immune micro-environment,and promote cell migration and adhesion.Regulation of COX-2 has become a potential way to fight prostate cancer.As a COX-2 inhibitor,celecoxib inhibites proliferation and tumor by inhibiting multiple signal pathways.Therefore,this article reviews the molecular mechanism and clinical application of celecoxib against prostate cancer in recent years.It is hoped that it will be helpful to the clinical treatment of prostate cancer.
