摘 要:卵巢癌(OC)是全球死亡率最高的妇科肿瘤,大多数患者在确诊时已处于晚期,因此需要开发能初期诊断该病的生物标志物。现已证明,在OC进展过程中,上皮-间充质转化(EMT)被激活。miRNA是小的非编码RNA,它们通过参与EMT相关机制来调节OC侵袭和转移。深入研究miRNA在OC中EMT的机制有助于OC初期诊断、靶向诊疗、克服化疗耐药性及改善预后。因此,我们对近年来研究较多的miRNA在调节OC细胞EMT中的作用机制进行综述。Ovarian cancer is the gynecological tumor with the highest mortality worldwide.Most patients are in advanced stage when diagnosed.Therefore,biomarkers for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer should be found.It has been proved that the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)process is frequently activated during cancer invasion and metastasis.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are small non-coding RNAs.A growing number of miRNAs are reported to regulate ovarian cancer invasion/metastasis through EMT-related mechanisms.In-depth study of the mechanism of miRNA EMT in OC is helpful for early diagnosis,targeted diagnosis and treatment,overcoming chemotherapy resistance and improving prognosis of OC.In this review,we discuss recent researches regarding the functional role and mechanism of EMT and related miRNA in the malignant progression of ovarian cancer.
