摘　　要：目的调查常态化疫情防控期间护理实习生心理状况并探讨其对职业认同感的影响,为开展护理实习生心理危机干预、稳固专业思想、减少人才流失提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、简易心理状况评定量表(Kessler 10量表)和护生职业认同问卷对河南省某三级甲等综合医院的649名护理实习生进行调查。结果护理实习生心理状况得分为(14.59±6.29)分。职业认同感得分为(68.16±12.06)分,得分率最高和最低的维度分别为社会说服(85.30%)和职业选择的自主性(70.00%)。护理实习生心理状况总分及各维度得分与职业认同总分及各维度得分均呈负相关(P<0.05)。分层回归分析结果显示,心理状况独立解释职业认同变异的1.80%。结论常态化疫情防控期间护理实习生心理状况尚可,职业认同较高。心理状况是职业认同的影响因素。护理管理者应重视常态化疫情防控期间护理实习生的心理状况,并联合高校对心理状态欠佳的护理实习生进行有效的心理干预,从而减少疫情引发的心理问题对其职业认同的影响。Objective To investigate the psychological status of nursing interns during normalized epidemic prevention and control and explore its impact on professional identity,so as to provide reference for psychological crisis intervention,strengthening professional thinking and reducing brain drain of nursing interns.Methods A total of 649 nursing interns in a Grade 3A general hospital in Henan province were investigated by general data questionnaire,simple psychological status assessment scale(Kessler 10 scale)and nursing students’professional identity questionnaire.Results The scores of psychological status of nursing interns were(14.59±6.29)points,and the score of professional identity was(68.16±12.06)points.The highest and lowest dimensions were social persuasion(85.30%)and autonomy in career choice(70.00%),respectively.The total score of nursing interns’psychological status and scores of all dimensions were negatively correlated with the total score of professional identity and scores of all dimensions(P<0.05).The results of stratified regression analysis showed that psychological state independently explained 1.80% of the variation in professional identity.Conclusion During normalized epidemic prevention and control,the psychological status of nursing interns is acceptable,and their professional identity is relatively high.Psychological status is an influencing factor of professional identity.Nursing managers should pay attention to the psychological status of nursing interns during normalized epidemic prevention and control,and cooperate with universities to carry out effective psychological interventions on nursing interns with poor mental status,so as to reduce the impact of psychological problems caused by the epidemic on their professional identity.
