摘 要:基于微波辅助合成反应快速高效等优势,以硫代巴比妥酸、芳香醛和β-萘酚为原料,利用高氯酸的催化效应进行“一锅法”缩合反应。实验发现微波功率400 W条件下,催化剂用量10%,通过成环缩合可得到2-硫代-苯并[f]色烯并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4-酮类化合物,合成收率达85%~93%,其结构经IR、^(1)HNMR、MS和元素分析等测试技术加以确证;初步的DPPH法测试结果表明,部分目标化合物具有较好的抗氧化作用。In view of fast and significant efficiency of microwave-assisted synthesis approach,the"one-pot"condensation reaction invoving thiobarbituric acid,aromatic aldehydes andβ-naphthol in presence of perchloric acid under microwave irradiation was described.It was found that the catalyst is efficient with the amount of 10% under irradiation at 400 W to afford the 2-thio-benzo[f]chromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-4-one derivatives with good yields of 85%~93% respectively.The structures of the corresponding products were confirmed by IR,^(1)HNMR,MS and elemental analysis.Preliminary assay of DPPH free radical scavenging activity results showed that some of the target compounds have certain antioxidant activities.
