摘 要:高校理想信念教育如何长期有效的开展是当前高校育人工作中急需解决的现实问题,基于大学生理想信念形成的现实倾向和大学生理想信念教育的现实困境,推动大学生理想信念教育常态化势在必行。“三全育人”理念与常态化存在一定的内在关联,从“三全育人”理念的视角出发,推动大学生理想信念教育常态化应当要满足持续化、协同化和生活化这三个条件。基于此,以“三全育人”理念为指导思想,通过构建制度、优化方式、提高认识可以完善大学生理想信念教育模式,从而推进大学生理想信念教育常态化。How to carry out the ideal and belief education in colleges and universities effectively is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently in the current college education.Based on the realistic tendency of college students'ideal and belief and the realistic dilemma of college students'ideal and belief education,it is necessary to promote the normalization of college students'ideal and belief education.The concept of“three comprehensive education”is intrinsically related to normalization.From the perspective of“three comprehensive education”,to promote the normalization of college students'ideal and belief education should meet the three conditions of continuity,coordination and life.Based on this,guided by the concept of“three comprehensive education”,the ideal and belief education model of college students can be improved by building systems,optimizing methods,and raising awareness,so as to promote the normalization of college students'ideal and belief education.
