摘　　要：青年大学生是党和国家事业发展的希望与未来,同时也是社会发展进步的主力军。高校是青年大学生学习生活的集聚地,做好立德树人工作是高校的根本任务和历史使命,大学生思想政治教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,其育人成效是影响人才培养与发展方向最为关键的因素。高校党建工作对于保证高校的正确发展方向,对于引领大学生思想政治教育的创新发展,对于维护高校的稳定乃至整个社会的稳定都具有重要的作用。高校党建与思想政治教育协同发展,有利于推动高校党建事业创新发展,结合协同育人相关理论,开创高校协同育人、精准育人新格局。Young college students are the hope and future of the development of the party and the country as well as the main force of social development.Doing a good job in moral education is the fundamental and historical mission of colleges,where young college students gather to study and live.College ideological and political education serves as an important part of higher education,whose outcome is the key factor affecting the direction of talents'cultivation and development.Party-building in colleges plays an important role in ensuring their correct development direction,leading the innovative development of college ideological and political education,maintaining the college stability and even the stability of the whole society.The cooperative development of college party building and ideological and political education contributes to college party-building innovative development.Combining this with relevant theories of cooperative education,it is to serve a new pattern of talent development cooperatively and precisely.
