摘　　要：目的探讨乳头状肾细胞癌的预后影响因素。方法回顾性分析接受手术治疗的62例原发性乳头状肾细胞癌患者的临床资料,采用卡方检验分析临床资料与患者生存状态的相关性,并采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析临床病理特征与患者总生存的关系。结果62例患者术后随访4~76个月,中位随访35个月,死亡8例。单因素分析结果显示,年龄、TNM分期、美国癌症联合委员会(AJCC)分期(第8版)、血红蛋白、白蛋白、淋巴细胞和血小板综合评分(HALP)是乳头状肾细胞癌患者预后的危险因素。高HALP组总生存率高于低HALP组(P<0.05)。结论年龄、TNM分期、HALP评分是乳头状肾细胞癌预后的影响因素。Aim To analyze the prognostic influence factors of papillary renal cell carcinoma(pRCC).Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with primary papillary renal cell carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed,and the correlation between clinical data and patient survival status was analyzed using the chi-square test,and the relationship between clinicopathological characteristics and overall patient survival was analyzed using the Kaplan-Meier survival curve.Results 62 patients with pRCC were followed up for 4 to 76 months after surgery,with a median follow-up of 35 months,8 died.The results of the univariate analysis showed that age,TNM stage,the eighth edition of the American joint committee on cancer(AJCC)staging system,combined hemoglobin,albumin,lymphocyte,and platelet score(HALP)were risk factors for the prognosis of pRCC.The overall survival rates were higher in the high HALP than in the low HALP(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,TNM stage,HALP score was prognostic influence factors for pRCC.
