摘　　要：长链非编码RNAs(lncRNAs)是含有超过200个核苷酸的非编码RNA。lncRNAs不参与蛋白质编码,但在染色质修饰、转录和转录后处理的水平上调节基因的表达。长链非编码核仁小RNA宿主基因1(SNHG1)在肾癌、前列腺癌、膀胱癌等泌尿男生殖系统肿瘤中表达异常,并在一系列细胞生物学功能中发挥重要的调控作用,参与肿瘤细胞的侵袭、增殖、转移和自噬等生物学行为。本文对SNHG1在泌尿男生殖系统肿瘤中的最新研究进展做一综述。Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)is a kind of non-coding RNA containing more than 200 nucleotides.lncRNAs do not participate in protein coding,but regulate gene expression at the level of chromatin modification,transcription,and post-transcriptional processing.lnc small nucleolar RNA host gene1(SNHG1)is abnormally expressed in tumors of the urogenital system such as kidney cancer,prostate cancer and bladder cancer,and plays an important regulatory role in a series of cell biological functions,participating in biological behaviors such as tumor invasion,proliferation,metastasis and autophagy.This article reviews the recent research progress of SNHG1 in urogenital tumors.
