摘 要:目的:基于近红外光谱分析技术结合支持向量机算法建立快速测定盐酸氨溴索口服液含量的方法。方法:选取22个生产企业的123批盐酸氨溴索口服液样本为分析对象,按照标准方法测定含量并采集近红外光谱,进而采用支持向量机回归算法建立模型。结果:选取多元散射校正预处理方法,核函数为径向基核函数时,所建立模型的预测精度最高。对训练集和预测集样本的最大预测误差分别为0.17 mg/mL和0.20 mg/mL,相关系数分别为0.9965和0.9947。结论:所建立的定量模型建模方法,具有过程简单、预测准确的特点,拓展了近红外快速检验和定量预测的新途径。Objective:To establish the method of rapid determination of ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid based on near-infrared(NIR)analysis combined with support vector machine(SVM)algorithm.Methods:123 batches of ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid samples from 22 manufacturers were selected as the analysis object.The contents were determined by standard method and the NIR spectrums were collected,and then the SVM regression algorithm was used to establish the model.Results:The highest prediction accuracy could be achieved while the spectrum pretreatment is multivariate scattering correction and the kernel function is radial basis function.The maximum prediction errors of the training set and prediction set were 0.17 mg/mL and 0.20 mg/mL,and the corresponding correlation coefficients were 0.9965 and 0.9947,respectively.Conclusion:The established quantitative model modeling method has the characteristics of simple process and accurate prediction,and expands a new way of NIR rapid inspection and quantitative prediction.
