摘 要:数字经济为传统制造业供应链带来新的契机,不仅使基于消费者需求的大规模定制成为现实,降低了整体供应链企业成本,而且使云制造有效消耗中小微传统制造企业富余生产力。但是在数字经济下,传统制造业供应链也面临一定的困境,主要包括需要投入高额的资本用于数字化建设,缺乏供应链数字化专业人才和传统制造业企业陷于“低端锁定”难享高端信息。针对上述困境,提出传统制造业供应链逐步实现从点到链的数字化升级,打造供应链数字化专业人才队伍和传统制造业大中型企业通过加大创新实现供应链闭环演化等对策。Digital economy brings new opportunities to the traditional manufacturing supply chain,which not only makes mass customization based on consumer demand be a reality and reduces the cost of enterprises in the overall supply chain,but also lets cloud manufacturing effectively consume the surplus production capacity of small,medium and micro traditional manufacturing enterprises.However,in the digital economy,the traditional manufacturing supply chain is also facing certain difficulties,mainly including the need of investing a large amount of capital for digital construction,the lack of supply chain digital professionals and the traditional manufacturing enterprises being trapped in“low-end lock”and difficult to enjoy high-end information.In view of the above difficulties,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as gradually realizing the digital upgrading of the traditional manufacturing supply chain from point to chain,building a digital professional team of the traditional manufacturing supply chain and large and medium-sized traditional manufacturing enterprises realizing the closed-loop evolution of the supply chain through increasing innovation.
