摘　　要：为了更好地满足社会及行业对物流人才的要求,提升高职应用型物流人才培养质量,文中通过对部分开设物流管理专业的高职院校进行调研,围绕高职应用型物流人才培养这一问题展开思考,以武汉交通职业学院物流学院为例,从强化思想引领、夯实专业实践、培育工匠精神、提升综合素质等四个维度进行了高职物流管理专业应用型人才培养体系化设计与实践。In order to better meet the requirements of the society and industry for logistics talents and improve the training quality of applied logistics talents in higher vocational colleges this paper investigates some higher vocational colleges offering a major in logistics management,and focuses on the training of applied logistics talents in higher vocational colleges.Taking the Logistics College of Wuhan Technical College of Communications as an example,the systematic design and practice of applied talents training of logistics management major in higher vocational colleges are carried out from the four dimensions of strengthening ideological guidance,consolidating professional practice,cultivating craftsman spirit and improving comprehensive quality.
