“案例”和“项目”双驱动的《铁路客运组织》课堂教学改革与实践

摘　　要：铁路旅客运输组织在铁道运输过程中起着十分重要的作用,该课程也是交通运输类专业核心课程,相较于其他课程而言,这一课程知识实践性强、知识面广,教学难度也较高。传统教学模式不仅教学效果不理想,还无法实现理论与实践的有效结合,而“案例”和“项目”双驱动教学,主张将案例和项目有效结合应用于课程讲解中,十分契合职业教育要求,所以本文以《铁路客运组织》课程教学为例展开了详细的分析。Railway passenger transportation organization plays a very important role in the process of railway transportation.This course is also the core course of transportation specialty.Compared with other courses,this course has strong practicality,wide range of knowledge and high teaching difficulty.The traditional teaching mode not only has unsatisfactory teaching effect,but also can not realize the effective combination of theory and practice.The"case"and"project"double drive teaching advocate the effective combination of case and project in course explanation,which is in line with the requirements of vocational education.Therefore,this paper takes the course teaching of railway passenger transport organization as an example to carry out a detailed analysis.
