摘　　要：分析了多线切割机的总体结构,给出了系统设计控制硬件和软件实现框图,详细阐述了系统恒定张力控制、变径收放线辊恒线速度控制、排线控制等具体功能。This paper analyzes the overall structure of the multi wire sawing machine,gives the design of the control hardware system and the block diagram of the software implementation,and expounds in detail the realization of the specific functions of the system,such as constant tension control,constant linear speed control of variable diameter take-up and take-off roller,wire arrangement control and so on.
