摘　　要：河流作为地理环境的重要组成部分,在作品中被赋予了文化表征的意义。《华夏集》是庞德根据中国古典诗歌改写的诗集,对美国诗歌创作影响深远。以《华夏集》文本为基础,从其中河流意象的呈现方式入手,分析显性空间要素和隐性空间要素在诗歌情感表达、意境构建中的积极作用,探索其产生的因素,为中华优秀传统文化更好地“走出去”提供借鉴。There is a natural connection between literature and the geographical environment it produces. As an important part of the geographical environment, river is endowed with the significance of cultural representation. Cathay, a collection of poems by Pound based on classical Chinese poetry,had a profound influence on American poetry. Based on the text of Cathay, this paper analyzes the active role of dominant and recessive space elements in the expression of poetic emotion and the construction of artistic conception from the presentation of river images. It also explores the influence factors of the river image, so as to provide some reference for the Chinese excellent traditional culture to go abroad.
