摘  要:脂肪组织不仅是体内的储能器官,而且是重要的内分泌器官,各种原因引起的脂肪细胞分化异常,会影响机体能量平衡,导致代谢异常。脂肪分化异常与胰岛素抵抗相关,是近年来内分泌代谢领域的研究热点。DNA损伤修复异常会影响脂肪分化过程;同时,DNA损伤修复网络中相关基因突变可引起罕见遗传代谢综合征,表现为脂肪萎缩、胰岛素抵抗及早衰等表型。本文探讨DNA损伤修复与脂肪分化异常的关系,以及这些特殊临床表型潜在的分子机制。Adipose tissue is not only an energy storage organ in the body,but also a crucial endocrine organ.Abnormal differentiation of adipocytes caused by various reasons will affect the energy balance of the body,leading to disordered metabolism.Abnormal adipocyte differentiation is related to insulin resistance which is also a research focus in the field of metabolism recently.DNA damage will affect the process of adipogenic differentiation;meanwhile,the rare genetic metabolic syndrome caused by gene mutations in DNA damage repair network exhibit abnormal adipose differentiation,such as fat atrophy,insulin resistance and premature senility.In this paper,the relationship between DNA damage repair and abnormal adipose differentiation will be discussed,as well as the potential molecular mechanism of these special clinical phenotypes.
