摘　　要：卫生健康工作理念、服务方式“以治病为中心转变为以人民健康为中心”是健康中国的一项重要举措,这一转变内含丰富的生命伦理学意蕴,具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。其生命伦理学意蕴在于:第一,体现了对患者作为一个整体的、生理-心理-社会相结合的人的尊重,亦即对生命的尊重;第二,是对万亿年来人类进化发展规律的敬畏,亦即对人作为大自然进化产物的敬畏。在此基础上提出“以治病为中心转变为以人民健康为中心”的公民个人、医疗卫生行业、政府三个层面的生命伦理学路径,可以有效指导实践。It is an important measure for healthy China to change the concept of health work and service mode from centering on treatment to centering on people’s health.This transformation contains abundant bioethics implications and has very important theoretical and practical significances.It has two aspects of bioethics significances:On the one hand,it reflects the respect for the patient,who as a complete person as the combination of physiology,psychology and society,that is to say,the respect for life;On the other hand,it is a reverence for the laws of human evolution over trillions of years,that is to say,the reverence for man as a product of the evolution of nature.One this basis,this essay puts forward the path of bioethics from three levels,which can guide the practice effectively,including the individual,the health care industry and the government.
