大河乌猪引种纯繁种质测定分析

摘　　要：笔者对米特瑞牧业有限公司磨盘山种猪场回购复群的大河乌猪进行种质检测研究。结果显示:所引种大河乌猪育肥日增重690.98g,达100 kg体重日龄192.71 d,料肉比3.15;100 kg体重肥猪屠宰率75.81%,后腿比例30.42%,眼肌面积35.70 cm^(2),瘦肉率59.85%,胴体背膘厚3.40 cm。6月龄后备母猪体重,体高,体长,胸围,腿臀围分别为75.63 kg、61.57 cm、109.92 cm、93.92 cm和72.11 cm;后备公猪体重,体高,体长,胸围,腿臀围分别为74.87 kg、61.36 cm、108.55 cm、92.55 cm和73.73 cm。主要性能指标与东恒6世代猪群相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。This experiment tested and analyzed the quality of Dahe black pigs bought back by Mopanshan breeding pig farm of The Meatred animal husbandry Co.,Ltd.T The results showed that the daily weight gain of the introduced Dahe black pigs was 690.98 g,the day age when it reached 100kg body weight was 192.71 d,and the feed meat ratio was 3.15;The slaughter rate of 100 kg fat pigs was75.81%,the proportion of hind legs was 30.42%,the eye muscle area was 35.70 cm^(2),the lean meat rate was 59.85%,and the carcass backfat thickness was 3.40cm;The weight,body height,body length,chest circumference and leg hip circumference of 6-month-old reserve sows were 75.63 kg,61.57 cm,109.92 cm,93.92 cm and 72.11 cm respectively,and the weight,body height,body length,chest circumference and leg hip circumference of reserve boars were 74.87 kg,61.36 cm,108.55 cm,92.55 cm and 73.73 cm respectively.The main performance indexes were not significantly different from those of Dongheng 6th generation pigs(P>0.0).
