摘  要:狂犬病是由狂犬病病毒感染引起的以中枢神经系统症状为主的一种动物源性传染病,病死率几乎100%,狂犬病疫苗是预防狂犬病的主要手段。1931年,研究者从狂犬病病犬脑中分离获得狂犬病病毒,经兔脑传至30多代,经驯化后获得一种固定毒(北京株),后续经多家机构合作,将狂犬病病毒北京株在豚鼠脑和原代地鼠肾细胞中交替传代15年,获得地鼠肾细胞适应株,即aG株,用于人用狂犬病疫苗生产。本文就狂犬病病毒aG株的传代适应方法、基因特性及其制备相应疫苗的免疫保护作用作一综述。Rabies is an animal borne infectious disease caused by rabies virus infection,which is mainly characteristic of symptoms in neutral nerve system and resulted in a mortality of nearly 100%. Rabies vaccine is a main tool to prevent rabies. In 1931,rabies virus was isolated from the brain tissue of dog with rabies,subcultured in rabbit brain for more than 30 passages to domesticate and obtain a fixed strain(Beijing strain). Afterwards,Beijing strain was subcultured alternately in guinea pig brain and primary hamster kidney cells for 15 years by cooperation of several institutions to obtain a hamster kidney cells-adapted aG strain and apply to the production of rabies vaccine for human use. This paper reviews the method for subculture and adaption and genetic characteristics of aG strain as well as the immune protection of prepared vaccine.
