摘　　要：3例患者均为女性。无明显自觉症状,各系统检查未见明显异常。皮肤科情况:3例患者颈部、腹部等不同部位可见米粒至黄豆大小的黄色丘疹、斑块,大致沿皮纹分布,其外观如鹅卵石样,表面光滑,界限尚清,触之柔软,未见皮肤松弛。皮损组织病理示:表皮大致正常,真皮中部可见弹性纤维变厚、断裂、排列紊乱,呈嗜碱性颗粒状或碎片状。结合皮损特征和病理诊断:弹性纤维性假黄瘤。All three patients were female.The systematic physical examination showed no abnormality without subjective symptoms.Dermatological examination showed yellow papules and plaques ranging from rice grains to soybeans in different parts of the neck, abdomen and other parts of three patients, which roughly distributed along the lines of Blaschko.The appearance was cobblestone-like, the surface was smooth, the boundary was still clear, the touch was soft, and there was no loose skin.Histopathology of skin lesions showed that the epidermis was generally normal, and the elastic fibers were thickened, broken and disarranged in the middle of the dermis, showing basophilic granules or fragments.Combined with the characteristics of skin lesions and pathological, the diagnosis of pseudoxanthoma elasticum was made.
