摘　　要：患者男,66岁,左腰部紫红色斑块10年,无自觉症状,未予特殊治疗,近年来皮损渐增大。皮损组织病理示:表皮内的肿瘤细胞紧密排列形成团块,并与周围角质形成细胞界限清楚,单个瘤细胞大小形态一致,呈立方形或卵圆形,并可见导管分化。诊断:单纯性汗腺棘皮瘤。A 66-year-old male presented with a growing purple-red plaque on his left lumbar region for 10 years.The plague had no symptoms and received no previous treatment.Histopathology showed the tumor cells in the epidermis tightly arranged in a mass with clear boundaries surrounded by keratinocytes.The single tumor cells were similar in size and shape, round or cubic, and ductal differentiation could be seen.This case was diagnosed as hidroacanthoma simplex.
