摘　　要：患者男,37岁,左侧头面部、耳部疼痛17 d,红斑、水疱11 d,口角歪斜9 d,呃逆8 d。患者于左侧头面部、耳部疼痛及红斑水疱后,出现了面瘫、顽固性呃逆、吞咽困难、声音嘶哑,行头颅MRI检查:脑干薄层平扫未见确切异常,左侧中耳乳突炎,双侧上颌窦炎,予止呃治疗效果差。诊断:Ramsay-Hunt综合征并Vernet综合征。治疗:给予抗病毒、激素等。A 37-year-old male presented with pain in the left side of his head, face, ear for 17 days and erythema and blisters for 11 days.He suffered from a skewed mouth for 9 days and got hiccups for 8 days.The patient developed facial paralysis, intractable hiccups, dysphagia and hoarseness.Brain MRI examination showed no abnormalities in the brainstem, however, left middle ear mastoiditis and bilateral maxillary sinusitis were found.The treatment of intractable hiccups was ineffective.The diagnosis of Ramsay-Hunt syndrome and Vernet syndrome was made.The patient was treated with antiviral, methylprednisolone, etc.
