摘  要:目的评估自制乳腺囊肿模型在超声介入穿刺实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年11月—2021年11月在该院规培及进修的临床医学专业学生60名,根据教学方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组30名。观察组在课堂教学结束后应用自制乳腺囊肿模型进行训练,对照组在教学结束后通过观看视频进行训练,比较两组的学习情况及实践操作成绩。结果在学习情况方面,对比两组学生在激发学习兴趣、增强理论联系实践能力、自主思考能力、教材理解能力、临床思维能力和实践操作能力上,观察组学生的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在实践操作方面,两组学生在引入介导操作和囊腔抽吸效果上,观察组的操作得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用自制乳腺囊肿模型来对超声引导穿刺技术进行实践教学,能够提高学生们的实操能力,并最终熟练掌握超声引导下的乳腺囊肿穿刺技术。Objective To evaluate the application effect of self-made breast cyst model in the practice teaching of ultrasound interventional puncture.Methods A total of 60 clinical medicine students were selected from November 2020 to November 2021 and divided into observation group and control group according to different teaching methods,with 30 students in each group.The observation group was trained with self-made breast cyst model after the class teaching,while the control group was trained by watching videos after the class teaching,and the learning status and practical operation results of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of learning situation,comparing the two groups of students in stimulating learning interest,enhancing the ability to connect theory with practice,autonomous thinking,teaching material comprehension,clinical thinking and practical operation,the satisfaction of the students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of practical operation,the operation scores of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of the effect of mediated introduction operation and cyst aspiration,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made breast cyst model to practice teaching of ultrasound-guided puncture technique can improve students'practical ability,and finally master the ultrasound-guided breast cyst puncture technique.
