摘 要:目的探讨对肝胆外科护士实施磁性文化建设管理的应用价值,观察对护士职业倦怠的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月该院肝胆外科45名护士为研究对象,于2020年1—12月采取传统管理模式(传统管理组),于2021年1—12月采取磁性文化建设管理模式(磁性管理组),分析两组护士职业倦怠、负性情绪、工作压力、工作积极性、职业满意度与总体幸福感评分。结果磁性管理组护士职业倦怠评分均较传统管理组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);磁性管理组护士负性情绪、工作压力均较传统管理组低,工作积极性均较传统管理组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);磁性管理组护士职业满意度各项评分均较传统管理组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);磁性管理组护士总体幸福感各项评分均较传统管理组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝胆外科护士实施磁性文化建设可缓解其职业倦怠感,提高工作积极性及职业满意度。Objective To explore the application value of magnetic culture construction management for nurses in hepatobiliary surgery,and to observe the impact on nurses'job burnout.Methods A total of 45 nurses from the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.From January to December 2020,the traditional management model will still be adopted(traditional management group).From January to December 2021,the nurses will be managed by magnetic culture construction(magnetic management group).The scores of job burnout,negative emotion,work pressure,work enthusiasm,occupational satisfaction and overall well-being of nurses between the two groups were analyzed.Results The nurses'burnout scores in the magnetic management group were lower than those in the traditional management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative emotion and work pressure of the nurses in the magnetic management group were lower than those in the traditional management group,and the work enthusiasm was higher than that in the traditional management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nurses'occupational satisfaction in the magnetic management group were higher than those in the traditional management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of overall well-being of the nurses in the magnetic management group were higher than those in the traditional management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of magnetic culture construction for hepatobiliary surgical nurses can alleviate their job burnout,improve work enthusiasm and career satisfaction.
