摘  要:根据热湿交换器(HME)产品的性能指标要求和检测条件,开展正弦波气流发生机构的运动学分析,参考标准YY/T0735.1-2009中的要求,提出一种双向正弦波气流发生装置,对装置结构进行设计并制造,运行调试稳定后成功应用于HME产品的水分损失项目测试。利用校准HME测试后的结果进行对比验证,结果符合行业标准相关要求。该装置为HME产品的检测提供了一种参考和借鉴,具有应用价值。According to the performance index requirements and detection conditions of heat and moisture exchanger(HME)products,the kinematics analysis of the sine wave airflow generating mechanism is carried out.Referring to the requirements in the standard YY/T0735.1-2009,a bidirectional sine wave airflow generation device is proposed,the structure of the device is designed and manufactured,and it is successfully applied to the water loss project test of HME products after stable operation and debugging.The results after the calibration HME test are used for comparison and verification,and the results meet the relevant requirements of industry standards.The device provides a reference for the detection of HME products,and has application value.
