资产为本的城市文化体系建构层次与路径探索——以桂林市为例

摘　　要：当前城市发展正处于以文化软实力为主体的时代,城市本土化文化的建构是城市持续发展的必要内容,而城市文化的建构不是一蹴而就的事项。从城市文化和城市资产的概念、特性与相互关系,以及城市文化建设的实践来看,依托城市资产、扎根地方土壤进行城市文化体系的建构是一种操作性与实效性较强的方法。基于城市文化宏观、中观、微观3个层面的价值意义,提出“城市—特色文化”、“分区—空间文化”、“社区—生活文化”城市资产与城市文化建构的3个层次,并指出依托城市资产转译的路径与方法,以及城市文化在各层面建构内容。以桂林市为例,阐述了桂林城市文化在3个层面依托资产进行建构的路径与核心内容。Nowadays,cultural soft power as the main part with in urban development,the construction of localization culture becomes an indispensable part of urban sustainable development.However,the construction of urban culture can not be realized overnight.Based on characteristics and relationship of urban culture and urban assets,as well as urban cultural construction,it is a practical and effective method to construct urban cultural system by relying on urban assets and local citizens.Based on the significance of urban culture at macro,medium and micro levels,three urban assets and urban culture construction are proposed,namely,“culture with municipal characteristics”,“culture from district and space”,and“culture of community life”.Process and methods are put forward through urban asset transfer,as well as construction of urban culture at all levels.Guilin as our research example,provides reference and inspiration of urban culture construction on the basis of assets in three aspects.
