摘 要:为了解蜡梅科(Calycanthaceae)中国特有植物蜡梅(Chimonanthus praecox)和夏蜡梅(Calycanthus chinensis)导管分子及其穿孔板特征,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其次生木质部导管分子进行观察,首次展示电镜下蜡梅科植物导管分子的形态,并对其长度和直径进行统计学分析。结果表明,蜡梅和夏蜡梅导管分子穿孔板皆为单穿孔板;蜡梅穿孔板一般具尾,且尾较长;夏蜡梅不具尾的穿孔板较多,具尾穿孔板的尾长度中等。蜡梅与夏蜡梅的导管分子长度差异不显著,夏蜡梅导管分子直径显著大于蜡梅;两种植物导管分子的长度与直径均极显著相关。夏蜡梅导管分子的演化程度比蜡梅高。In order to know characters of vessel elments and perforation plates,morphological characters of vessel elements in secondary xylem of Chimonanthus praecox and Calycanthus chinensis,two genera and two species of Calycanthaceae,were observed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).Morphology of vessel elements of Calycanthaceae plants under SEM was demonstrated for the first time.Lengths and diameters of vessel elements were analyzed by statistical analysis.Results showed that perforation plates in vessel elements of C.praecox and C.chinensis were simple.Perforation plates of C.praecox generally had long tails.Tailless perforation plates in C.chinensis were many,and most of tails in perforation plates were middle.There was no significant difference in vessel element length between two species.Vessel element diameter of C.chinensis was significantly larger than that of C.praecox.Lengths of vessel elements in two species were extremely related to diameters.Evolution level of vessel elements in C.chinensis was higher than that in C.praecox.
