摘  要:在冠心病的诊断和治疗上,宋鲁成教授擅长以寸口脉来诊断心脏的病理状态,并首次将动脉粥样硬化性疾病和肿瘤等癥积类疾病的辨证治疗联系在一起,形成了独具特色的“微观癥积”理论。宋教授认为冠心病病因可概括为气虚、气滞、血瘀、痰浊、热毒5个要素,重视毒邪对疾病的影响;治疗上标本兼顾,扶正与祛邪并用,创制参夏合剂及其加减方以益气化积、活血解毒,此外,宋教授主张从“血脉心”治心、心胃同治。In the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease,Professor SONG Lucheng is good at diagnosing the pathological state of the heart on the basis of cunkou pulse,and for the first time connects atherosclerotic diseases with the syndrome differentiation and treatment of tumors and other mass and accumulation diseases,thus forming a unique theory of“microcosmic mass and accumulation”.Professor SONG believes that the disease cause of coronary heart disease can be generalized as qi deficiency,qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity and heat toxin,totally five factors,and pays attention to the influence of toxic pathogen on the disease.In the treatment,he treats both the branch and root simultaneously,and uses tonifying healthy qi and remove evil qi in combination.He invents Shenxia Mixture(参夏合剂)and uses this formula and its modifications to replenish qi and resolve accumulation,activate blood circulation and detoxify.In addition,Professor SONG advocates treating heart from“blood,vessel and heart”and treating heart and stomach simultaneously.
