不同花色滇牡丹花香成分分析

摘　　要：采用顶空固相微萃取气质联用技术(HS-SPME/GC-MS)对3种花色的野生滇牡丹格桑黄、格桑红、格桑绿的盛开期花瓣进行了挥发性成分测定。结果表明;3个不同花色的野生滇牡丹花瓣样品共鉴定出28种有效挥发性物质,共有挥发物质包括己醇、蒎烯、葎草烯、大根香叶烯D等10种;3种花色野生滇牡丹的芳香释放量由高到低依次为格桑绿>格桑红>格桑黄;格桑绿的挥发性主成分为芳樟醇,石竹烯,氧化芳樟醇,蒎烯;格桑红的挥发性主成分为大根香叶烯D,癸酸甲酯,己醇,蒎烯。格桑黄的挥发性主成分为芳樟醇,石竹烯,癸酸甲酯,大根香叶烯。The volatile components in the petals of three colors of wild paeonia delavayi ’ Gesang Huang’,’Gesang Hong’ and ’Gesang Lv’ were determined by HS-SPME/GC-MS. The results showed that 28 kinds of effective volatile substances were identified from three different color wild paeonia delavayi petals, including ten common volatile substances, namely, hexanol, pinene, humulene, and germacrene D et al. From high to low the aromatic release amount of three wild paeonia delavayi was ’Gesang Lv’>’Gesang Hong’>’Gesang Huang’.The main volatile components of ’Gesang Lv’ are linalool, caryophyllene, oxidized linalool and pinene. The main volatile components of ’Gesang Hong’ include macrophyllene D, methyl decanoate, hexol and pinene. The main volatile components of ’Gesang Huang’ are linalool, caryophyllene, methyl decanoate and germacrene.
