摘　　要：本文以新时代劳动者服装的研究创新为主轴,回顾了中国农民劳动服装的历史变迁,认为精英阶层对乡村时尚存在着固有的偏见。研究发现,通过新时代劳动者服装的创新扩散,可以实现从技术角度对中国当代农民身份的职业化重构。我们可以从乡村基层的意见领袖和组织传播渠道两个方面,进行新型时尚工作服的设计创新与扩散,从而让“新农民”获得身份上的归属感,并在中国特有的劳动保障体系下,促进当代农民实现其身份上的转变。The paper focuses on the research and innovation of village farmers’clothing in the new era.In the historical development of Chinese village farmers’clothing,it is found that there is an inherent prejudice of the elite towards rural fashion.Through the innovative diffusion of village farmers'clothing in the new era,this paper reconstructs the professionalization of contemporary Chinese farmers'identity from a technological perspective.We carry out the design innovation and diffusion of new fashion village farmers’clothes from the perspectives of opinion leaders and organizational communication channels at the rural grass-roots level,so as to give"new farmers"a sense of belonging in identity,and promote the transformation of contemporary farmers'identity under the labor and social security system with Chinese characteristics.
