摘　　要：“双一流”大学的核心任务是培养具有创新能力和实践能力的创新型、复合型、应用型拔尖创新人才。本文针对传统教学模式的不足,以《食品微生物学》课程为例,剖析了线上线下混合式教学的实践背景,建立了任务驱动下的线上线下混合式教学课堂模型,进一步与线上翻转课堂相结合,通过多种教学活动丰富教学设计,创新了线上线下混合式教学模式及过程考核评价体系,提高了教学效果。以期为“双一流”背景下高等学校课程教学模式改革提供新的思路。The core task of the Double First-Class University is to cultivate innovative,compound and applied top-notch innovative talents with innovative and practical capabilities.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional teaching model,this article analyzes the practical background of online and offline blended teaching mode by taking the food microbiology course as an example.And the task-driven blended teaching mode was established based online classroom and offline classroom,combined with the online flipped classroom.The reform enriched teaching design through a variety of teaching activities,innovated the teaching mode,the process evaluation system,and improved the teaching effect.The teaching model is expected to provide new ideas for the reform of the curriculum teaching mode of colleges and universities under the double-class background.
