摘　　要：高等学校在我国国防科技工业发展和建设过程中发挥了巨大的作用,本文首先运用文献分析、调研访谈和问卷调查相结合的方法,构建了高等学校国防特色评价指标体系,设计了人才培养、科学研究、教育资源和社会声誉4个一级指标,然后借助于AHP方法,确定了一级指标和二级指标的权重,最后收集了7所高等学校的数据,对其国防特色评价进行了评价,以验证本文所构建的指标体系的科学性和合理性。Colleges and universities have played a great role in the development and construction of China’s national defense science,technology and industry.Firstly,using the methods of literature analysis,investigation and interview and questionnaire survey,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of national defense characteristics of colleges and universities,designs four primary indicators of talent training,scientific research,educational resources and social reputation,then determines the weight of primary and secondary indicators with the help of AHP method,and finally collects the data of seven colleges and universities.The evaluation of its national defense characteristics is evaluated to verify the scientificity and rationality of the index system constructed in this paper.
