保妇康栓联合冷冻治疗宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨宫颈冷冻治疗联合保妇康栓对HSIL(CINII)患者的临床疗效。方法 收集在我院经病理检查确诊为HSIL(CINII)的60例患者,依照自愿原则分为实验组33例和对照组27例,实验组行冷冻治疗,对照组在实验组的基础上加用保妇康栓治疗。结果 随访至术后6个月和12个月,实验组的病变治愈率分别为81.81%,90.91%,对照组的治愈率分别88.89%,92.59%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访至术后6个月、12个月,对照组的HPV转阴率分别是66.67%,78.79%,实验组分别为74.07%,81.48%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在术后随访中,实验组术后排液天数为(20±4)d;而对照组术后排液天数为(15±3)d。结论 对宫颈HSIL(CINII)应用冷冻治疗安全有效,联合保妇康栓可减少术后并发症,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cervical cryotherapy combined with Baofukang suppository on patients with HSIL.Methods Sixty patients with HSIL were confirmed by pathological examination were divided into experimental group(33 cases) and control group(27 cases) according to the principle of voluntariness.The experimental group was treated with cryotherapy and the control group was treated with Baofukang suppository on the basis of the experimental group.Results After 6 and 12 months of follow-up, the cure rate in the experimental group was 81.81%,90.91%,and that in the control group was 88.89%,92.59%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 and 12 months of follow-up, the negative rate of HPV in the control group was 66.67%,78.79%,and that in the experimental group was 74.07%,81.48%.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the postoperative follow-up, the time of postoperative discharging fluid in the experimental group was(20±4) days, whereas the time of postoperative discharging fluid in the control group was(15±3) days.Conclusion The cryotherapy of cervical HSIL is safe and effective, and the combination with Baofukang suppository can reduce the postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
