摘　　要：眼外伤原因致视力下降的患者,眼内液标本检查显示为真菌或寄生虫感染。外源性眼内炎由真菌及寄生虫感染者较罕见,易被忽视。Patients with visual acuity decreased due to ocular trauma was in hospital.Intraocular fluid specimen examination showed fungal or parasite infection.Exogenous endophthalmitis caused by fungal or parasite infection is rare and easy to be ignored.
