摘 要:“互联网+”背景下印度高校农村创业项目在推动印度农业农村发展方面独树一帜。印度高校通过建设印度农业科学推广中心(KVKs)、设置符合农村青年需求的农村创业项目、开设青年数字农业知识与技能培训课程、协助农村青年优化创业项目线上线下混合运营等方式积极参与农村创业项目的研发与实施。印度高校服务农村创业项目提升了高校技术转化与产品培育的效率,提高了农村青年劳动力的素质,满足了农业毕业生返回农村创业的需求,推动了当地农业经济的发展,为我国高校服务当地“互联网+乡村”振兴项目的设计与实施提供经验。Under the background of“Internet+”,the rural entrepreneurship project of India’shigher education institutions is unique in promoting artificial intelligence technology and agricultural and rural development in India.They serve rural entrepreneurship projects to strengthen the role of Indian Agricultural Science Extension Center(KVKs),promote rural youth to actively participate in rural entrepreneurship projects,strengthen youth digital agriculture knowledge and skills training,and optimize the online and offline hybrid operation of entrepreneurship projects.They have actively participated in the research and implementation of rural entrepreneurship projects,playing a role in technology transfer and product cultivation,improving the labor force quality of young people,and satisfying agricultural university graduates’need of returning to start business in rural areas.It has promoted the development of local agricultural economy and provided experience for the design and implementation of local“Internet+rural”revitalization projects for universities and colleges in China.
