摘  要:大学在科技创新后备人才培养方面优势明显。受新冠疫情影响,线下培养和实践活动难以正常开展。吉林大学在实施“英才计划”的过程中,通过调整培养方式、开放在线课程、开设专题讲座、举办多种活动、协调各方资源等,探索出疫情期间,科技创新后备人才培养的有效方法与途径。Universities have obvious advantages in the training of scientific and technological innovation reserve talents.Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic,it is difficult to carry out offline training and practical activities normally.In the course of implementing the“Elite Program”,Jilin University has explored effective methods and avenues for the training of scientific and technological innovation reserve talents during the outbreak period by adjusting the training methods,opening online courses,holding special lectures,holding various activities,and coordinating resources of various parties.
