摘 要:为了准确预判气井井筒积液状态,以便于科学制定气井的排采工作制度,以储层含水饱和度高、气井普遍产水且井筒积液的致密气井为研究对象,对比分析了油套压差法、流态判别法、动能因子法、临界流速法等井筒积液诊断方法的局限性。研究结果表明:①临界流速法判断井筒积液较为简单,是目前判断井筒积液应用范围最广的方法,也是目前井筒积液识别准确率较高的方法;②临界流量法只是提出了气携液的必要条件,并没有解决最大携液量的问题,因此该方法对大气液比气井的积液判断准确率较高,而对于中低气液比的气井积液识别率仅为50%左右,该方法需要优化提升。结论认为:①基于临界流速法,补充判别条件,修正判别依据,是提高井筒积液识别率的有效途径;②采用李闽模型筛选“积液”井及Turner模型筛选“未积液”井,其他井采用气携液的充要条件判别,整体上井筒积液识别的正确率达到88.5%;③所提供的方法是对临界流速法判别井筒积液的很好修正,积液识别正确率能够满足现场要求。In order to accurately predict the liquid accumulation in one gas well and scientifically formulate a production system,certain tight gas wells featured by high water saturation in reservoir,water production,and liq⁃uid accumulation were taken as objectives to analyze some limitations on the following methods to discriminate the liquid accumulation,such as tubing and casing pressure difference method,flow regime discrimination meth⁃od,kinetic energy factor method,and critical flow velocity method.Results show that(1)the critical flow veloci⁃ty method is relatively simple in this discrimination due to the widest application and higher discrimination accu⁃racy;(2)this method only points out the necessary conditions of gas-carrying liquid,but does not involve the maximum liquid-carrying rate.The discrimination accuracy is higher when it is used for the gas well with high gas/liquid ratio while only about 50%used for that with moderate and low gas/liquid ratio.Therefore,the criti⁃cal flow velocity method needs optimizing.In conclusion,the effective way to improve the discrimination accura⁃cy is to supplement discriminant conditions and modify discriminant basis based on the critical flow velocity method.What's more,"liquid accumulation"wells should be screened by using Li Min's Model,Turner model for"non-liquid loading"wells,and the other wells depending on the sufficient and necessary conditions of gascarrying liquid.In this way,the discrimination accuracy is overall up to 88.5%.Furthermore,the optimized meth⁃od may modify the critical flow velocity method very well,and its accuracy in discriminating the liquid accumu⁃lation can meet the field requirements.
