摘　　要：目的研究早期空肠内营养联合生大黄治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法将86例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组接受早期空肠内营养联合生大黄治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善情况及住院天数。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率93.02%(40/43)高于对照组的79.07%(34/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹胀缓解、恶心、呕吐等症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组平均住院天数短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期空肠内营养联合生大黄治疗重症急性胰腺炎,能提高临床疗效,有效改善恶性、呕吐及腹胀等情况,缩短住院时间。Objective To investigate the effect of early jejunal nutrition combined with Rhubarb in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 86 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly selected as the research object.After comparative analysis,we divided the patients into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.All cases in the observation group were treated with early jejunal nutrition combined with rhubarb,while all cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The final statistics of the two groups of patients received different methods of treatment effect,two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and patients with the final length of stay.Results according to the clinical research comparison of the two groups of treatment methods,western medicine treatment is not as effective as early jejunal nutrition combined with rhubarb treatment,and in the case of conventional western medicine treatment,the remission of adverse symptoms of patients is slower,the recovery of patients is slower,and the length of hospital stay is longer.Early jejunal nutrition combined with rhubarb treatment can effectively alleviate the disease,regulate the adverse reactions of patients,and promote the recovery of patients.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion in the experimental process of using early jejunal nutrition combined with Rhubarb in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis,the treatment effect of early jejunal nutrition combined with rhubarb is better,the pain feeling of the observation group is significantly reduced after treatment,and the malignancy,vomiting and abdominal distension of the patients are significantly relieved,which has more obvious advantages than conventional western medicine treatment Obviously.So this treatment method is very worthy of clinical application.
