摘 要:推动以创新驱动为核心的经济发展方式是实现碳中和与经济可持续发展的根本途径。基于2000—2019年我国省级面板数据,以低碳技术为切入点,实证检验低碳技术创新对我国绿色经济增长的影响。研究发现:低碳技术创新促进了我国绿色经济增长;低碳技术创新对绿色经济增长的影响并不完全为直接效应,存在积极的能源强度和产业结构的中介效应;相较于中西部地区,东部地区低碳技术创新对绿色经济增长促进作用更为显著;考虑细分类别低碳技术创新的影响,发现碳捕获、利用与封存技术是现阶段中国实现绿色经济增长最为关键的技术。Promoting innovation-driven economic development is the fundamental way to achieve carbon neutrality and economic sustainability. Based on the provincial panel data in China from 2000 to 2019, and using low-carbon technology as the breakthrough point, this paper empirically tests the impact of low-carbon technology innovation on China’s green economic growth. The research finds that: Low-carbon technology innovation promotes China’s green economic growth;the impact of low-carbon technology innovation on green economic growth is not entirely a direct effect, and there are positive energy intensity and industrial structure mediating effects;the low-carbon technology innovation has a more significant role in promoting green economic growth in the eastern region than that in the central and western regions;considering the impact of sub-categories of low-carbon technological innovation, it is found that carbon capture, utilization, and storage technology is the most critical technology for China to achieve green economic growth at the present stage.
