摘　　要：目的探讨儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病血清中白介素-6(IL-6)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平及其临床价值。方法纳入郑州大学附属儿童医院2018年1月至2021年6月收治的经细胞病理学确诊的55例儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病作为观察组,并以同期门诊健康体检的健康儿童30例作为对照组,采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附试验检测并比较2组儿童血清中IL-6和VEGF水平。结果观察组55例儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病血清中IL-6和VEGF水平分别为(66.78±16.50)ng/L和(252.44±27.75)ng/L,均明显高于对照组30健康儿童的(25.46±4.11)ng/L和(85.20±18.13)ng/L,比较差异均有统计学意义(t=33.479,P<0.001;t=17.604,P<0.001)。55例儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病血清中IL-6和VEGF呈正相关关系(r=0.601,P<0.001)。结论儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病血清中存在IL-6和VEGF的高水平异常表达,其检测有利于儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的确诊、病情评估、预后评估。Objective To investigate the serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and their clinical value.Methods Fifty-five children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia diagnosed by cytopathology in the Affiliated Children’s Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to June 2021 were included as the observation group,and 30 healthy children with outpatient physical examination in the same period were included as the control group.The serum levels of IL-6 and VEGF in the two groups were detected and compared by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The serum levels of IL-6 and VEGF of 55 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in the observation group were(66.78±16.50)ng/L and(252.44±27.75)ng/L respectively,which were significantly higher than those of 30 healthy children in the control group[(25.46±4.11)ng/L and(85.20±18.13)ng/L],the difference was statistically significant(t=33.479,P<0.001;t=17.604,P<0.001).There was a positive correlation between IL-6 and VEGF in serum of 55 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(r=0.601,P<0.001).Conclusion There are high serum levels of abnormal expression of IL-6 and VEGF in the children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia,Their detection are conducive to the diagnosis,condition evaluation and prognosis evaluation of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
