摘　　要：探讨隐色素基因1(CRY1)蛋白对裸鼠膀胱癌移植瘤生长的影响及其对膀胱癌T24细胞增殖和凋亡的作用。研究发现CRY1过表达抑制了移植瘤的生长, 此外过表达的CRY1通过增加T24细胞凋亡抑制其增殖。因此靶向CRY1蛋白可能为治疗膀胱癌提供新思路。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cryptochrome 1(CRY1)protein on the growth of bladder cancer xenograft tumor in nude mice and its effects on the proliferation and apoptosis of bladder cancer T24 cells.The study found that CRY1 over-expression inhibited the growth of the xenograft tumors,and the overexpressed CRY1 also inhibited the proliferation of T24 cells by promoting cell apoptosis.Therefore,targeting CRY1 protein may provide new ideation for treatment of bladder cancer.
