摘　　要：探讨结直肠癌中S100P、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、高尔基体磷蛋白3(GOLPH3)的表达情况及与肿瘤分期、侵袭深度的关系。研究发现直肠癌患者的S100P阳性表达量、COX-2、GOLPH3表达水平显著高于对照组;不同侵袭深度、临床分型、DUKE分期患者的S100P、COX-2、GOLPH3表达水平存在统计学意义。结直肠癌中S100P、COX-2、GOLPH3的表达情况及与肿瘤分期、侵袭深度的呈现正相关关系,可以作为临床效果评估依据之一。The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression the calcium-binding protein S100P,cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),and Golgi phosphoprotein 3(GOLPH3)in colorectal cancer as related to tumor stage and depth of invasion.The study found that the positive expression levels of S100P,COX-2 and GOLPH3 in patients with rectal cancer were significantly higher than those in the control group.The expression levels of S100P,COX-2 and GOLPH3 statistically varied among patients with different invasion depth,clinical types and DUKE staging.The expression of S100P,COX-2,and GOLPH3 was positively correlated with tumor stage and invasion depth in patients with colorectal cancer,and therefore can be used as a reference for evaluation of clinical outcomes.
