眼挫伤的ICD-10分类编码探讨

摘　　要：眼挫伤是指由机械性钝力引起的涉及眼球或附属器的闭合性眼外伤,是眼外伤分类构成的重要部分,发生率和致盲率均较高,其损伤情况的复杂性大大增加了准确编码的难度,也使其相关编码成为眼科中的难点。眼挫伤涉及不同范围的临床基础知识及其对应的ICD编码和相关规则,包括眼球和眶组织(S05.1)、部分眼附属器(泪器、眼外肌等)(S05.8)、眼睑和眼周区(S00.1)、结膜(S05.0)、视神经(S04.0)等,结合典型案例示范进行分析,统一认识,减少编码错误,提高编码正确率。编码员也应当不断加强相关知识的学习,提升综合素质,注重与临床医师的沟通,不断提高编码质量。Ocular contusion refers to a closed eye trauma involving the eyeball or appendages caused by mechanical blunt force.It is an important part of the classification of ocular trauma with a high incidence and blindness rate.The complexity of it greatly increases the difficulty of accurate coding,making the relevant coding a knotty coding in ophthalmology.Due to the different involvement areas,the corresponding codes are inconsistent.This paper summarizes the basic clinical knowledge involving different areas,including eyeball and orbital tissues,some ocular appendages(lacrimal apparatus,extraocular muscles,etc.),eyelids and periocular area,conjunctiva,optic nerve,etc as well as their corresponding ICD codes and relevant rules.Furthermore,it conducts in-depth analysis based on practical case demonstration to unify the understanding,reduce coding errors and improve coding accuracy.Coders should also continuously enhance the learning of relevant knowledge,improve comprehensive quality,pay attention to the communication with clinicians,and constantly improve the quality of coding.
